Banh Mi (Chicken Char Siu) 🍃 You could use pork for the char siu but chicken thighs are much easier and everyone should stay ready with the chicken thighs 👈🏽 Ingredients – Mayo – Cucumber – Cilantro – Jalapeno – X3 Carrots – French roll – Chicken thigh – ¼ C Sugar – X1 TB salt – ½ C Rice wine vinegar – X1 Garlic – X1 ts chinese 5 spice – X1 TB Ketchup – X2 TB Hoisin – X2 TB Soy sauce – X2 TB Honey – X1 TB Sesame oil Instructions Chicken char siu marinade: chicken thighs, x2 garlic, 1 ts chinese 5 spice, 1 TB ketchup, 2 TB hoisin, 2 TB soy sauce, 2 TB honey, 1 TB sesame oil, let chicken thighs sit in this for 20 mins or overnight Pickled carrots: carrot cut into matchsticks (julienne), massage ¼ C sugar and 1 TB salt into them, then add ½ C rice vinegar and ¼ C water Baking the chicken: preheat oven to 400 then place the chicken in there, after 20 mins take out and use the sauce you set aside to lather on top, then flip and lather on other side and place back in oven for 15 minutes. Chick Fil A Chicken Nugget Recipe 👀 No secrets here. Ingredients – x1 Chicken breast – Pickle juice – x1 Egg – ½C Panko breadcrumbs – 1TB Powdered sugar – Salt & Pepper – ½CFlour – ¼CCorn Starch Instructions Chicken pickle brine: Cut chicken breast into one inch pieces and cover in pickle juice and let sit for at least 20 minutes (longer the better) Dredge: combine the flour, cornstarch, panko, and powdered sugar, pinch of salt and pepper into a bowl and mix Egg wash: x1 egg salt & pepper, beat it Coating the chicken: Take chicken out pickle juice and pat dry with paper towels, and dip in egg wash then cover in dredge and place on a separate dish, rinse and repeat for all the nuggets Frying: bring canola oil or any frying oil up to heat (375) or check with chopstick (when you place chopstick into oil and bubbles form oil is ready) fry nuggets for 3-4 minutes each side or until golden brown, do this in batches to prevent overcrowding, and take out and place on paper towel lined plate Serve with fries & EAT #cooking #cookingvideo #cook #cookbooks #cooklife #chef #cheflife #chefsofinstagram #cheflife🔪 #chefs #chefslife #chefmode #recipes #recipe #easyrecipes #recipeshare #recipeshare #healthyrecipes #recipeoftheday #chickfila #chicken #chickennuggets #chickfilarecipe #foodblog #foodbloggers

Garlic Parmesan Wings Ingredients – Garlic – Mayo – Lemon juice – chilli flakes – Oregano – Thyme – Grated parmesan – Salt – Pepper – Canola oil – Carrots Instructions Garlic parm sauce: whole head of garlic (roasted, cut garlic in half add olive oil, pinch of salt and pepper and wrap in foil throw in oven for 40 mins on 400) ½ C mayo, 1 TSP honey, 2 TBS grated parmesan cheese, 1 TBS lemon juice, ½ tsp salt, 1 tsp chilli flakes, ½ tsp pepper, ½ tsp oregano, ½ tsp dried basil, ½ tsp dried thyme, Wings: Fry in oil 375 degrees and check with a chopstick (place chopstick in and if bubbles form around it then it is ready to fry) fry 2lb of chicken wings for 10-12 minutes, then take out and place on paper towel lined plate to drain excess oil Garlic Parmesan wings: Place ¾ sauce in a bowl, then the wings give a light mix or toss, then add rest of sauce on top, and mix until all wings are covered Carrots: x4 carrots peel and cut into 4ths Serve with ranch & EAT #cooking #cookingvideo #cook #cookbooks #cooklife #chef #cheflife #chefsofinstagram #cheflife🔪 #chefs #chefslife #chefmode #recipes #recipe #easyrecipes #recipeshare #recipeshare #healthyrecipes #recipeoftheday #wings #buffalowildwings #garlicparmesanwings #wingstop

Mashed Potatoes since thanks giving is almost here had to hook it up 🤷🏽‍♂️ and the bacon was really just for the video there’s no need 😂 Ingredients – 2 lb Yellow potatoes (yukon) – ¼ C TBS Butter – ½ C Milk – Salt – Pepper – X4 Garlic cloves – ¼ C Parmesan cheese Instructions Yellow or yukon potatoes: peel, dice into inch squared does not have to be exact, place in pot and cover with water, boil approx 15 mins, once it reaches a rolling boil add a large pinch of salt and keep it moving Milk & Butter: in a pot add ½ C milk and ¼ C butter and let that become one, then add x4 crushed cloves of garlic using a sift to prevent losing the garlic Mashed potatoes: once you can easily break a potato with the side of the pot and a wooden spoon they are ready, strain, place back in same pot and mash, pour in the butter and milk mixture and mash it up again, then add the parmesan cheese and keep mashing until the cheese becomes one with the mashed potatoes *Pull up to thanksgiving* #thanksgiving #thanksgivingfood #mashedpotatoes #potatoes #potato #cooking #cookingvideo #cook #cookbooks #cooklife #chef #cheflife #chefsofinstagram #cheflife🔪 #chefs #chefslife #chefmode #recipes #recipe #easyrecipes #recipeshare #recipeshare #healthyrecipes #recipeoftheday
